Cal Royal mortise lock TE trim Description | The Cal Royal mortise lock with the TE trim is a tubular trim and an escutcheon plate behind it. This trim plate allows for an easy installation when converting from a different manufacturer and will cover most existing holes. All locks work with a one motion egress system allowing the latch and the deadbolt to be retracted with one motion of the lever. This lock is available in all types of functions and finishes. SC1 mortise cylinder is standard and can be ordered keyed alike or master keyed.
All locks are field reversible and can be ordered in any of the following finishes and functions.

M8010 - Passage function
M8040 - Privacy function
M8050 - Office entrance function
M8070 - Classroom function
M8080 - Storeroom function
M8453 - Entrance function with deadbolt
