When a home is up for sale it is not always convenient for someone to be available to provide access at all times. Installing a lockbox provides agents with easy yet secure access to the home.
Lifestyles today are more fast-paced than ever, and two working parents are more common. Trying to coordinate many different schedules within a household can be an enormous task. Children’s school schedules often do not match up with parents work schedules. A lockbox for your home can prevent your child from being stranded outside if they lost their key.

Coordinating schedules with
housekeepers, cleaning services, plumbers and other service people is
difficult and always time consuming. Providing a Shurlok or Guardian
home lock box can make it easy for service to be done at your home
while you stay at work. You can easily change the combination after
the service is completed.
Lock boxes are most commonly hung over the door knob, but a wall mount
style is also available. This type of lockbox can be mounted on a
wall, deck post or any type solid flat surface. The door knob style
can also be attached to some railings or fences. Either style lock box
must be unlocked to remove or install.
We offer three brands of lockboxes. Over the door knob hang styles are
available for all three brands, wall mount styles are available in the
Avanti Guardian and Supra styles only. The combination dials available
come in different variations:
- The Shurlok lockbox has a 4 digit dial combination with 0-9 for
each of the 4 digits of your combination. Letter dials are
available, but letter choices are limited as there are only ten
spaces on each dial. They also have a blank space on the first and
last dials, allowing you to choose a 2, 3, or 4 letter combination
by utilizing the spaces in place of a letter.
- The Supra dial combination lock box opens with a 3-letter code.
All 26 letters of the alphabet are available for your combination.
The Supra pushbutton lockbox has 10 buttons and uses the numbers
0-9. Your code can be 1-10 digits, however each button can be used
only once in the combination. For example, 1,2,3 is a good combination, 1,2,2,3 repeats a number and is not a working combination. We also carry the real estate lock box key by Supra. This key is also referred to as a Supra Lock Box Key
- The Avanti Guardian lockboxes are available as a 3 letter dial
combination where all 26 letters are available for your personalized
code and as a 10 digit pushbutton lock box. The Avanti pushbutton
lockbox works the same as the Supra listed above.

equally secure when properly installed. The determining factor is
